Our Staff

Keesen Enterprises employs more than 100 full-time employees, in addition to seasonal H2-B workers. Our full-time staff averages more than 15 years with the company. We have centuries worth of industry experience and have Certified Landscape Technicians (CLT) on staff. We are proud to be a drug-free employer.

While many contractors have had labor concerns, we insure that our workforce is 100 percent legal, with regard to immigration. We also participate in the United States Government’s H2-B visa program that provides legal, non-immigrant workers.

Keesen Enterprises was among the first contractors in Colorado to recognize the benefits and implement usage of this unique program in the 1990’s. In fact, many of these same workers return to us each year, assuring that a trained and professional workforce is available to service our customers.
